iv'e heard of the lemon water w/ honey, how much do u use, and how fast and effective are results?! i really need to kno calorie burning foods as well

celery contains less calories then it takes to eat it! and iceberg lettuce is apparently calorie free. YUM

That's not healthy at all. You cant get your nutrients that way. If you would be able to pull that off for 5 days no food, the weekend comes and you'll be eating like crazy more than you usually would. The best way to lose weight is the way we all hate: Exercise and eat healthy. So if you're eating junk food, try to find something better instead OR if you must have it, try to get some of the baked, reduced sugar, calories, etc. If you drink soda, diet soda usually has no calories and some of it isn't bad at all in taste. If you eat hamburgers and make them at home, try ground turkey instead of beef. You cant tell the difference. I personally don't eat beef anymore. Thats just something I commited to myself, not telling you to do that. Avoid fried foods much as you can. Get grilled instead if that's an option. Im a fat girl, I know it's hard but it gets a lot easier. I lost 30lbs from just simply changing the way I eat. :) If this wasn't the answer you were looking for, I hope you do find it and maybe the people coming across this question will like my advice and tips lol x) Good luck! :D

no food or drink will make you lose weight. How much weight you lose or gain is solely based on the number of net calories you have in one day. Net calories = calories consumed - calories burned.
about 3500 is equivalent to one pound. So to lose 10 pounds a year you need to cut 100 calories out of your daily diet or burn 100 calories more. There is no magic pill or special food to change these facts.

Not to be rude, but slim fast is a good weight loss drink. And Subway has some low calorie foods as well. If you drink water, you might lose weight also. Good luck.

Try eating lots of veggies and drinking lots of water. Also eating smaller meals throughout the day with lean protein will help your metabolism.

I personally would go with slim fast.but you have to be willing to give up fatening stuff(get the canned) it may be more expensive but it tasted better than powder.and you have to drink it for breakfast,and for lunch with half of a sanwich.I lost 14 pounds in 2 weeks.and i dont even excersise.

i know that if you drink a lot of ice cold water it helps you're metabolism burn more. nothing crazy just like an extra 150cal. a day but if you're doing it with exercise it helps.

I drink a spoonful of vinegar before I eat 'cause I heard it helps suck the fat out!

there is a specific tea that is made to curb your appetite- it worked for me. i got in China town in chicago but im sure any chinese specialty store will carry it.
