meeting yorkie standards it can get as big as 9 pounds or 7. but theres alot of 15 pound ones. mines 5 lbs

I work in a grooming shop and we see quite a few of them. They can range from a few pounds up to 10 or so pounds but that is from all kinds of different breeders (reputable, pet shops, byb).

I haven't seen one much bigger than 10 lbs. maximum. My old neighbor had a few of them and they were different sizes (just slightly) but all within the 7-9 lb range. They were a little pudgy but not much.
