If i had an idea to improve an item like the television...how can i? Do i tell the maker? How?

Is it possible for me to inprove somthing? How? How can i let somthing/ someone know?

It all depends.

If you think it will be a very cool idea and you could make money, then file a patent first, then try to contact a couple of companies to see if they are interested.

Or, just publish your idea - as a letter or an article to an AV magazine.

However, just because a TV does not have the feature you thought, it does not mean the TV people have not thought about it. Many features are too expensive to implement, so they are dropped.
