I have to disagree with sug_daddy. (sorry, dude!) He's not giving y'all enough calories a day. To MAINTAIN your weight you eat your weight X15. So if you weigh 150 pounds, you will maintain that weight by eating 150 X15=2250 calories a day, assuming you're doing a normal amount of exercise. Your question is really difficult to answer. It really depends on the person; male, female, age, meds, etc. :)

good rule of thumb is add a zero to your weight that is how many calories you need to eat like 1450 = weight of 145 lbs
