i am 18 and have been subjected to my parents second hand smoke all my life on average this is probably two or three times a day i am moving out in a week and am wondering if i have a greatly increased risk of lung cancer

Yes - but you should be fine. They say that after a smoker has been smoke free for 15 years, their chance of getting lung cancer is the same as that of a life long non-smoker. So, if you are moving out and u r still so young, u will be fine. That is awesome that u care about that kind of stuff!!

i know i have the same problem. i have been subjected to my dads second hand smoke all my life. but i am 13. ur at risk, but defiantly not a high risk. so dont worry

Yes. But don't worry to much. Chances are higher that you will drink yourself to death beecause you live on your own, than that you will get cancer.
