Sometimes it may not be your routine, do you eat enough calories to build muscle? Enough protein to assist in repair of muscles? Enough sleep for your muscles to recuperate?
To go some lean mass, add 200 calories to your daily maintenance. Eat close to 1 to 1.5/2 x of protein of your body weight. Get a nice high protein meal + high carb (good carbs) meal right after your work out.
If then, you see no results, you may have to change your routine. I change my routine every 3 months or so, because the human body adopts to the stress of the workout and pleateaus.
