Hey, that means he's doing his end of the "dating side". All you need to do now, is do what he's doing, hang out with him, and talk more if you really like him. If you don't like him, you can just ask him to stop...but after you do that, that is where it stops and there is no turning back; and if you find out you start to like him, he will not take you back. If you DO like him, take some of these steps:
1. Ask him for his phone number, or give yours to talk more over the weekend maybe.
2. Hang out at the bar with him; watch him bartend; it will make him feel good. Just sit on one of the stools close to the bar, but away from all the customers. Order a drink or so, but DON'T GET DRUNK AND DRIVE!
3. Ask him if you can get any tips on how to bartend; you two can be behind the bar together.
4. Don't go to his place until you get to know him better.
Just take it easy and slow, and it will work out!

well if he has invited you over and you refused, then thats a sign to him that you arent ready to get involved with him. so when he is leaving you flirty comments thats a sign usually that he is trying to get you to see that he is interested in you. and if you like him back he would like for you to make the move. sometimes guys can move too fast into a relationship, and the girl leaves him since he is going too fast. so he could be waiting for you to be making the first move so he knows what pace to move with you at......

It kind of sounds to me like he isn't that in to you. He wants to flirt and play around, but he just doesn't want anything more. Men aren't too shy about making their needs known. He's made his known -- he needs nothing. Give him that. Don't waste your time.
