Yes now in my 50s I am comfortable in my own skin and I believe in myself, but it's been a hard fought journey.
I think I began believing in myself as I entered perimenopause and started to care less what other people thought of me rather more about what I thought of me.
I've learned that you can't give to someone else what you don't already have yourself.
That to nurture others you must also nurture yourself, sometimes you have to be a bit selfish to be selfless.
That to those who are given much, much is expected and the more you give to others the better you begin to feel about yourself as long as you don't lose yourself in the process.
Treat others as you'd want to be treated and give everyone dignity and respect if you possibly can.

Yes I believe in myself.
I'm at an age where I've worked out all my "stuff" and one of the benefits is I know without a doubt who I am and I like who I am.....a lot.

I"m just a vessel. As the bible says about me "in my flesh dwells no good thing" however.........
Anything good or credible that happens through me is the work of Christ alone. I believe in Jesus. Praise his name.

I absolutely do, and i trust myself implicitly also..Why ?I am completely honest with myself and i dont lie to myself and I dont judge or criticize as others have been known to do.
