What is Lano.exe on windows vista?

I have windows Vista, and some times i get a box that comes up and says " LANO.exe has stopped working. A problem caused the programme to stop working properly" when i click on the close programme tab, sumtimes my internet wont work? can any body help? many thanks

My guess its something related to your network card.
