I like to stir fry some shrimp with lemon juice, olive oil and spices. Pair it with a bagged salad.

Another favorite---try cooking (baking) chicken tenderloin in the oven with balsamic vinegar (or your teriyaki sauce), salt and pepper. You can even microwave a sweet potato for a minute and put it along side it.

A chicken stir fry is always quick and easy. All you need is to decide which vegetables you will add to the chicken. Put on top of brown rice.
