for starters he is the local bartender.he asked for my number a year ago,he always flirts with me,he yelled'i love you'one night when i was leaving.he will give me a hug when he sees me in there or say hello to me.he never called though,so i started talking to his best friend,just on the phone,we cuddled in bed one night(his bf and I).but i still like him not his friend.so he still flirts with me except when his friend is around he acts like he hates me,why? is he even interested?

forget him, I'm more concerned about you! You need to stick to what you want. don't just settle for his bf, because he's not around! I know that's easier said than done, but guys don't want to be with someone if they think you've got something going on with someone else.. especially his best friend!
as for is he interested?.. honestly, NO, would be my answer.
He doesn't call, he's not asking you out, He's Just Not That Into you. so, stop settling, or trying to make him jealous by using his friend!

Of coarse he likes or liked you! I understand who wants to wait around for what may never happen..He may have been shy and not aggressive or his friend may have all ready expressed his interest and blocked the two of you.
. Men are born worriers for battle and have alot of ego.. You really have to be careful. You never want to give a man the impression that you like his friend when you really like him.
You don't know what his relationship/history is with the friend. If you like him you should ask him why he never called in a very sweet way let him know you were expecting his call..What do you have to loose

Sounds like he is interested in you. Maybe he knows you and his best friend cuddled in bed one night. that is why he don`t talk to you when his friend is there with you and him. No friend around he flirts with you what does that tell you?

Maybe his friend and him had a talk and his friend confessed his feelings for you and he's thinking that maybe he should not interfere in what you have going on...but before you mentioned the cuddling part, i could have sworn he liked you

umm yeah he's interested. but why were you cuddling up his bud when you like him? men don't play these games...it'll be hard fot him to be with you when you have previously been with his friend and he knows that his friend probably likes you as well.
