Pick it up, but it in a cart and roll it to the vehicle.
You didn't provide any details in your question, so if you're only moving one monitor, then carrying it or using a cart is the easiest.
If this is part of an inventory system that involves repetitive motion and hundreds of boxes, then many more options become feasible.
There are mechanical devices that provide most of the work in lifting the boxes. Some use a vacuum to hold the box while moving it to a cart. Actually if you're moving hundreds of boxes to a vehicle, then you'll probably want to stack them on a pallet so forklifts can efficiently load and unload the truck.

The moniotr is a poisonous 3-legged animal with a tail that sticks straight up and is indigenous to South America. The 15 kg moniotr is very dangerous and has never been captured.
If you have a 15 kg dead one, then pick the stupid thing up and move it, since that is only ~33 lbs.
Just don't let the tail touch your skin, as that is where the poison glands are...

Just get one person to help you by grabbing the opposite side and you both walk it out to the vehicle. No equipment required.
