When you loose weight at an abnormally fast pace, you gain it back faster. Also by eating less, your body thinks your starving it so will actually gain more fat so that it can survive. Keep eating because thats what you need. For excercise, my advice is to get on a good schedual, every day after school works for me. The first 3 days will be really tough but once you get over that hump it will be much easier. As for eating habits, cut down on cheesy and creamy things and load up on vegies. Once you work out and eat healthy for a week or so your junk food cravings will start to go away and you'll feel a lot better about yourself. Dont aim for an unrealistic goal either, if your body is built a certian way, you can't do anything about it. Even if your bigger than some of your friends, it doesnt mean that your fat. Another thing to remember is a lot of models and people that you see on TV have personal trainers and chefs or have been photoshoped to look better. My main advice to you is that staying healthy should be your number one goal.

portion ur meals so that the majority of the meal is fruits and veggies.

in the morning try to have a pear or banana with a healthy bread food like oatmeal.

for lunch have a small bread item with mostly fruits, veggies, and some milk.

for a snack have some more fruit and something like a string cheese stick or a yogurt

for dinner have mostly lean meat (like chicken) and some veggies, and maybe toast with peanut butter

you need to get variety in ur diet and be sure u are getting enough nutrition. when u go on an "anorexic diet" u r lacking ur body of those nutrients. if u dont ur body will double ur cravings and desire for food, and then u will most likely go for the junk food. its better to simply eat in moderation and eat what makes sense.

also what helps, whenever u eat, get a tall glass of ice water, and after a couple of bites or even after every bite, take a sip of water. it fills u up really fast and makes u feel like u've eaten twice as much.

hope this helps! good luck!!

why don't u join a sport after school either outside of your school or inside......or dance or something.... that way you will be having fun at the same time losing weight because ur not thinking about it being exercise, you're thinking about it being a fun activity.! Then during ur activity when yall get a break u can bring a granola bar or an apple and some water or gatorade. I've been eating fruit alot more and now when i get a sugar craving I reach for an apple. I think the fruit fructose trades places will a candy bar some how lol.............try it out. Keep trying different sports or dancing or watever till you find one that fits you.! Try swing dancing, tap ballet ect........ something!!

Yes, I have a suggestion. I want you to pick up the following book: 'The Everything Nutrition Book". You will find out just how you are supposed to eat and if you are going to keep your weight off, you will need to know the basics of nutrition.

if it's not around you won't be tempted to eat it. don't buy it or be where the fattening food is so you can't eat it. you're not fat anyway. your weight is very good for your height. don't get crazy over body image. don't go on unhealthy diets. just eat right and get out of the house.
