If someone is geneticly obese,, does that make them healthy because it is their genetics. Is a genetic prone obese person just as unhealthy as a person who is not geneticly obese, but a person who was thin and became obese by gaining weight fast. Are you just as healthy with a normal weight as a person who is geneticly obese

If someone is genetically obese, they aren't healthier than a thin person that has gotten heavy. Poor health follows all obesity eventually. Even an obese person that seems perfectly healthy today will develop a medical problem in the future, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, or diabetes, plus problems with their joints from the excess weight.
