Did you know that Jesus gave His life for the poor and the destitute, the homosexuals and the heterosexuals, the saints and the sinners, the outcast and the respectable people.
He did it for you.

L'Chaim Jesus came for the sinners and not for the righteous, they don't need his sacrifice.
And if you were truly righteous you wouldn't need sin-offerings and holocausts.

Nope. The cross originated in Babylon as the mystic TAU< the impolement of Jesus execution was a Stauro-or stake-post-piece of paling.
The image of the cross, comes from Babylon, and was not grafted onto the Christian church until the 4th century.

I do, however, recognize the sacrifice Jesus made on the torture stake, and that his blood is the requirment for our salvation to everlasting life.

Yes-- when I was 21, my eldest brother told me that I was a sinner and needed salvation. He told me that in spite of the fact that I did not commit what some would call "big sins", I was still a sinner. Then I believed and at a revival meeting, I got saved from sin. I do believe the sacrifice of Jesus was for each person who calls on Him and repents of sins.
For those who think God hates them, have hope, it's the devil's lie--God loves all His creation; it's our sins that He hates and finds unacceptable. We have a choice.

I feel kind of bad for Jesus. I mean his dad had him tortured and murdered just so we wouldn't need to make animal sacrifices any more.
I mean I recognize that God did this to his only son, but couldn't he have found a nicer way to change the rules concerning animal sacrifices. They are God's rules to make and change at will. Couldn't he have just had a new Bible written?

The Romans killed a lot of people on the Croos not only Jesus, so what the difference between Jesus and the other ones? Why you call Jesus "sacrifice" while the others "death"? Because he did say so and the others didn't! Ridiculous!!!!!

Yes, He paid a Debt He Didn't Owe,and A Debt We couldn't Pay. This Is the Ultimate example of unconditional Love,True Sacrifice. He forgave us while we were yet still In sin. Thank You Jesus....For Loving Us (the World) so much that You laid down your life and took the sin of the world upon Your Body for ALL of humanity.Even though we don't deserve It.

In Judaism, all the righteous of the nations have a share in the world-to-come. Christianity limits heaven to "believers" and condemns "non-believers" to eternal torment. I really don't think it was Jesus that excluded others; I think Paul might have been the culprit.

Carl,
HIS Sacrifice was for each and everyone who will read, study, and obey the HOLY Inspired WORD of GOD. We are expected to Repent of our sins. That means to TURN from those SINS, not "apologize for them". One can not continue in sin and expect HIM to forgive them. Have a wonderful week.
Thanks,
Eds

No I do not. He did not make that sacrifice for me nor did I ask him to. He was crucified on the cross during a time period that prohibited anyone from speaking out against the belief of god or express your own view points about god. Sadly this is somewhat still true today.

No. The story of Jesus is nothing more than plagiarism from older more ancient religions.
