ok my 1 month old puppy died, out of all 5 of my 1month old puppy this 1 died. it was so horible it made me cry so badly and i usually dont ever cry. ok my puppy all of a sudden this morning seems like it frozened, like it got paralyzed. it wouldnt move, it look super mega depresed and its only move it ears rarely and blink rarely also. it make this weezing sound very slowly and softly and its fur got real thick. so the vet was closed today and my mom left it out for awhile to see if it gonna be better. 30 minutes later i came to check on it, its body was cool(coldish, but not so cold) and it mouth was opened and it eyes was opened it it didnt blink, i would feel its pulse or heartbeat , so its died.
anyone knew what hapeneed? i dont ever wat this to hapen to my other 4 dogs and my mom told me she think it might havce been a snake that bit it.

I am so sorry that happend.
my condolences.
i really know how it feels like to loose a dog, and people don't understand, and can not blame you for something you did not know what to do. you are not an expert, but now you know in the future you know what to do.
i had to learn the hard way, also.
i am so sorry. it may have been biten by a snake......who knows!
take care of your self.

This puppy should have been taken to the vet asap. Even if the clinic was closed there are ways to get ahold of a vet 24/7 and they will come in.
The only way to know for sure why this puppy died is to have a vet perform a necropsy. This is the animal version of an autopsy. I would recommend that this be done so you can find the cause of the puppies death, and possibly prevent the same fate for the other pups.

Too sad for words and another example of clueless breeding, whether you allowed it or took the mother dog in pregnant by someone else's carelessness.
I don't suppose you could get the mother dog and her remaining pups into the house, out of that hot garage? Odds are the other pups will die if you don't.
Have the mother and pups been to a vet? Really important if you want them all to survive.
So very sad, have that mother dog spayed once the puppies are weaned, you don't need to go through this again - and neither does she.
Give them lots of water and food and at least put a large fan high up to cool them off a bit, but where the dogs can't reach it.

As for your pottymouthed last comment, YOU bred 'em, and now you find out you don't know anything, but you expect everyone to be all happy and helpful when you are responsible for killing at least one because you're too lazy or cheap to take it to a VET, which is what INTELLIGENT people would do? You "f'ed" up. Deal with it. No one here can make what you did change. Take ALL of the dogs to a vet. Leting that pup there to die is called "animal cruelty", and you can be charged with that. I pray you are.
I notice last month you asked aobut your dog being paralyzed from you feeding it pig intestines. Did you ever wonder if maybe you are doing something WRONG if your dogs are in such sad condition?

You should have taken your dog to the vet. There are vets that are available 24/7 for emergencies, and this was definitely an emergency. Do you have the mother dog? Are the pups being fed appropriately? I feel sorry for those puppies because you obviously aren't old enough to be responsible for 5 newborn puppies, and your mother obviously isn't a responsible adult. You and your mother can be, and should be, prosecuted for animal neglect and cruelty. For the sake of the other puppies left, seek IMMEDIATE care for them, and get them out of the hot garage.

I am not quite following your story-- do you also have the other puppies? Are you also the owner of the mother dog?
Why does your mother assume it was a snake? It doesn't sound like a snake to me.
I am sorry your puppy died. It is always very hard to lose an animal, even if you haven't had it very long. Please get those other puppies to the vet as soon as possible.
Your mother dog needs to get spayed also. You don't need to be having litters of puppies when it doesn't sound like you have the capacity to care for them.

Tell him that when puppies go to Heaven, they stay there forever and never wake up. I'm not sure if he's old enough to exactly understand the concept of death, so you can try explaining it but I'm not sure how well it'd work.

Good thing the poor puppy has died. Being left in your care where you notice something is terribly wrong and your solution is to throw it outside and see if it gets better... The pup is much better off dead. I suggest you do not own a pet. You are obviously clueless as to how to care for one.

There are a lot of explanations. Maybe it didn't get enough food, maybe it was unhealthy? Ask your vet.
