Fresh fruit salad. So many people are health conscious these days and I find that if you use good seasonal fruit they scarf it up. I have combined nectarines, pineapple, watermelon and grapes. A new twist is to add figs, which are still available in my area. Easy and healthy.

You are sure to get lots of answers. Here's an easy and great casserole. Potatoes Au Gratin.

Ingredients. A 2 lb bag of frozen Southern style hash browns. A stick of butter. 8 oz. of sharp cheddar cheese shredded or cut in chunks. 8 ounces sour cream. 1 can of cream of chicken soup. A couple handfuls of cornflakes or similar cereal. Optional: Some diced ham.

Thaw the potatoes for 1/2 hour. Melt the butter. Mix all ingredients except the cornflakes in a bowl and dump it all in a greased pan about 9X13. Cover the top with cornflakes and bake in the oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. This is a big hit every time and extremely easy.

Good luck.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMpVT

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Deviled eggs

An easy way to make them is add Kraft Sandwich Spread to the yolks. This has all the mayo and pickles and seasoning you need. Then put the mixture back into the egg whites and you have a delicious deviled egg.

Pasta salad! Cook pasta, chop veggies, and mix with Italian dressing. Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan.

If you need a hot dish, boil baby carrots or sliced regular carrots til tender. While they're cooking, melt some butter and brown sugar in a skillet. Add carrots and cook on low, stirring constantly, til the glaze thickens a bit. Only takes a few minutes. Yum!
