VENICE. Venice Beach is just south of Santa Monica (another fun place to visit), and is a great sight to be seen. There are graffiti artists, roller skaters, waves, sun, and cheap beach-front shops. I recommend eating lunch a block inland at Mao's Chinese.
In Santa Monica you can go to the pier. There are roller coaster rides over the ocean, fun activities going on most weekends. A little pricier, but I would recommend The Lobster at the top of the pier. Bubba Gumps is also yummy!
While in Santa Monica, check out the Third Street Prominade. Even if you're not interested in shopping, it's great to see what "LA" can be like. Slightly off the prominade is a British restaurant called Ye Olde King's Head, and is the closest you'll find to authentic British.
Of course you can always take a day trip to Disneyland, Knott'sBerry Farm, or Universal Studios. Universal City Walk is also fun. There is a great simulated car racing game there that you should take advantage of.
These are just a few ideas. There is so much to do in LA it can be overwhelming. Hope you have fun!!!

Take a celebrity helicopter tour. Or go to the Catalina Island.

Go to Santa Monica - great beach, fun pier and wonderful shopping!
Also - Farmers Market, many many museums, parks and historical neighborhoods.
There is so much to do I can't even list it here! Check out the link below.... now I want to go to LA! It's such a fun town to visit!

go to robertson boulevard, you are bound to see some celebrities there, go to restaurants like Koi, the Ivy, Ago, they are great. And also go to universal studios and six flags. have a great timeee!!!
