motorcycle/car crash?

i was on a motorcycle and a car hit me and i was sent to the hospital, i dont have insurance cause i had just bought the bike from a private owner. do i have a case against the other driver even thou i dont have insurance?

Yes. If the accident was the other drivers fault. You may still get a citation for being uninsured though.

If you happen to live in a 'no pay, no play' state then you may be barred from any recovery.
