pssssttt - let me tell you a little secret. Don't tell anyone else though ok? It will be between you and me.

There's no such thing as a teacup anything. It's a cutsie wootsie term used by unethical breeders to sell their sickly runts of the littter to you such that you end up spending hundred of dollars because of all the health problem these little runts have.

Never refer to a dog as a teacup - it shows that you bought your dog from an unscrupulous breeder. Find yourself a reputable yorkie breeder and ask them for the smaller dog of the litter - but be sure to discuss with them all the health problems it might have. Smaller runts have a lot of health problems which means a lot of extra money coming out of your pocket. Get yourself a regular yorkie - they aren't that big! The breed standard for a yorkie states that it must not exceed 7 pounds - which means all yorkies are itsy bitsy - so get yourself a regular old yorkie and enjoy a quality bred dog as opposed to a sickly one called "teacup" by bad breeders!

AHHHHHHH! When will people learn? There is no such thing as a teacup anything! It is a term for sickly runts. Still a precious dog that deserves a good home, but NEVER encourage unethical breeding by paying money for a "teacup." Find a precious yorkie at a local shelter. Call around to find a small one, if that's important to you, but never pay money to an unethical breeder.

Hi There,
I am owned by 2 little Yorkies @ this time and Teacup is a generalization
If you are looking for a smaller sized dog as in Mature weight 3 to 4 Lbs research it go to www.hoobly.com or to www.petfinder.com or www.akc.com and you should be able to find allot of local breeders in your area
I do stress research the breed before you purchase as they are a very delicate breed and very demanding so Please Research before Purchase
I just purchased my little male Last week Sunday 9/7/2007 his mother weighs 2.5 to 3 and his Daddy weighs 4 Lbs to I am keeping my fingers crossed that he remains little but there is no guarantees so keep that in mind
Good luck in your Search

teacups dont exist. dogs labeled teacups r usually runts of the litter that will grow to be a normal sized yorkie. since when is a normal sized yorkie not small enough. dont give in to the stupid designer dog fad

Hi, I understand that you are looking for some advice or resources to help fully train your dog or fix behavior problems. If a professional dog trainer is not an option at this time, or if you want to trt training your dog on your own (a great way to bond), I'd suggest you https://biturl.im/aU8Qk

A friend recommened it to me a few years ago, and I was amazed how quickly it worked, which is why I recommend it to others. The dog training academy also has as an excellent home training course.

Be advised that 'teacups' are usually extremely small (runts), due to improper breeding and come with a host of health issues.

Someone just posted an article on my site about this:
