I've read several fatal flaws in the bible.

I remember reading (I think in Genesis) that someone saw an angel in all 4 corners of the earth. But, we all know that the world is not flat and has no corners.

It's talking about something the Pharisees understood.....that no matter could be established without the testimony of two or three witnesses. Objection you are "leading the witness"
(Judge says, Objection sustained).

It's like if I was talking to you and said "without a birth certificate, You don't know if I"m true"...........and then later on I said "I am true, here is my birth certificate". This is not a contradiction. Good grief read the whole thing and let it flow in context or leave it alone. shall we start dissecting the "scientific evidence" for "the big bang theory and how there is none? Superman is not so super. Otherwise, you would be able to read he was talking about separate things. In 5:31, about his work being blessed by his Father, as in at his baptism, when John knew who his cousin was, had the further proof of God's holy spirit coming upon Jesus and a heavenly voice saying, "This is my Son, whom I have approved."

The 8:14, Jesus was talking about where he was from and where he was going back to. Those Jews had no concept of his heavenly life and could not understand if they tried.

Jesus knew as well as the Jews the Law found in Deuteronomy ch. 19 about requiring the testimony of at least two witnesses for conviction of a crime which both alluded to. There again is no contradiction.

What about the genealogy in Matthew taken with Romans 1:3. At least the writer of Romans seems to believe that Joseph is Jesus' biological father. That undermines the very foundation of post Nicene Christian theology.
