I know it's a silly question. My mom is around 5'6-5'7 and my dad is around 6'0. Right now, I'm 13, and I'm probably around 5'0-5'1? I'm okay with being short, I mean look at Eva Longoria, Hilary Duff, Nicole Richie, Mary-Kate Olsen. I'm only in my early teen years, and I'm around the same height as almost all of them. But it's not always fun being the shortest out of all your friends, I'm at the perfect weight for my height [101 lbs.] And I hate my short legs! I'm going into high school in June and I admit...I'm a little insecure about my height..I'm not looking for an exact answer, maybe just an estimate or a really good guess? I sort of have this dream of becoming a model, but I heard that you have to be at least 5'7. :/ Anything I can do to pick up the pace, I know I won't stop growing until I'm 17 but still. Or am I completely doomed because of my genes?

There are height calculators you can find online that predict child height, and using the numbers you gave above the calculator at WebMD predicts you will have an adult height of 5'5".

You can go either way, meaning you can be as tall as your dad or as tall as your mom. I also see kids who are taller or shorter than their parents. That's because sometimes they get their grandparent' gene. Sometimes it's also due to their activity level and the nutrients that they get when they are growing up. It depends on what kind of modeling. Run away models has to be around 5'10". But other models don't need to be that tall, probably around 5'7" or 5'8" if I am not mistaken. I was still growing until I was around 21. Everybody is different. Some people stop growing in younger age and some a bit older.

many kids grow taller than their parents
it's very likely you will grow more
i had a big growth spurt when i was about 14 (5'3 - 5'6)
now i am 15 at 5'7, and really want to grow that extra inch or two, because like you, i would like to be a model, although it's kindof my secret passion, my main dream is to have a coureer in art & design
my mum is 5'6 and my dad 6'3, you don't sound like you have bad genes
don't worry about high school, no one will care about your height!
i think the shortest height you will grow to will be 5'5 and the tallest 5'8 - 5'9. although these are guesses, i think its likely you will be 5'7 when fully grown

You are the perfect height. You will grow 5-6" in your later teen years and early 20's, and then you will stop growing. So I think that you are at a perfect height!! I hope that I helped!

Height's always a hard thing to say, because it takes in more than just your parents genes.
My older sisters are about 24-26.
They're all shorter than my mom who is about 5'4?

You might want to go to ahealthyme.com and use the height predicator. Sorry to say you can't do anything to get yourself taller.
