It should be ok, but what you should do is heat the milk or cream and add beaten eggs to this on low heat while stirring to prevent it from cooking.

You can eat raw eggs the industry has you well protected.
the freezing and mixing will kill that junk.
''''every one forgets eggnog also''''
it is harmless
SO look at the number of tons or millions of gallons of foods that are made with raw eggs.
no people falling down sick in the streets..!
AND stop believing the nonsense of the food freaks tout,,,
use common sense.

It's up to you. If it has salmonella, then you will get sick. But it is very rare. Next time, heat the milk, add a little to the beaten eggs, then add the eggs to the milk (called tempering). I think it actually tastes better that way.

As the answers indicate... sort of. Many many more eggs are contaminated now then in the old days because of the way they are handled. the industry expects and instructs you to cook them. That being said most healthy adult can handle eating some with only some minor bad news.
Dont feed it to kids or anyone with ongoing health issues.
next time use the pastuerized eggs! restaurants are required to nowadays in most states btw.

yes its fine to eat. dont listen to anyone who says otherwise.

raw eggs are safe. 1 egg in 1000 has salmonella dont worry. and if you froze it then it should be fine anyway. plenty of gourmet food has raw eggs in it. if youve ever eaten a holandaise sauce youve eaten raw eggs.

your ice cream is fine dont worry about it.

As long as you have made it properly then it is safe to eat.

Manufacturers of ice cream tend to use pasteurised egg or egg producst instead of normal eggs.
