I haven't had a dessert after dinner for about 35 years.

I had sweet stuff at other times, but dinner is enough for me.
I know people half my weight who can eat twice as much as me and then have a dessert on top of it!! It makes me feel sick watching them!

Usually once or twice a week. I make dessert for my husband though but I do not eat dessert every night.

Actually, I rarely make desserts unless I'm entertaining. If I make something for just the two of us, it's usually something simple, like grilled peaches and vanilla ice cream. I'm not a huge sweet eater, so I don't usually make em unless I feel I have to.

i personally only have dessert, when my mother, and i eat out, which, i honestly can't remember when that was. For me, the sweets are too unforgiving on both my teeth, and my waist line. I used to love them, but now i just dont care if i dont have them..
