How can I write a book using Microsoft Office 2003?

I would like to write a book. Are there any programs that help me do that. Can I download any 100% free software programs. No trials please.

OpenOffice - it's a free word processing program. Won't help write the book, but has all the tools you need to do it on the computer.

If you have MS Office, then MS Word is for writing anything.
