it's a complete waste of money. Legal Gear has been selling bogus supplements for about a good 7+ years. I can't believe they are still in business. don't waste your money on their "steroid" like supplements.

Methyl 1-d is a prohormone product. It shuts down your natural production of Test, and as a hormone it converts to test. Therefore, you should not take it for very long.
