I spread Truth, not touchy-feely stuff

What they are spreading is dogma, a lifestyle of family-like dependence on a group of similarly-minded individuals, all of whom share a need for a strong, mythical father-figure; The ultimate provider (moms can appreciate that), the ultimate lover (he'll love you as you are, just promiswe to love him back), the ultimate judge (all those people who mistreated you will get their due justice, just not during this lifetime) and the ultimate Santa Claus (heaven awaits behind curtain number 1; death). To me, they're just misguided marketing people who actually believe what they're selling.

Glove slap, I don't take crap.
(to the tune of "love shack" from the Simpson's Glove slap episode))

I can not say that all Evangelists deserve to be cast together by your unloving stereotype.

Sometimes I can feel the love a lot, but sometimes I want to tell Evangelists that it's totally okay for different people to have different belief systems.

It sounds like you're not having a good day, dear one. Perhaps a walk or a long soak in a bubble bath would help?

God bless you!

Revelation 2:22-23 "Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works [deeds]."

I don't feel it either, but it sure looks funny when they do. They fall backwards and go into one of those Evangelical epilepsy attacks, with their eyes rolled back into their heads - hahaha!

Then they get back up and start yelling a bunch of unknown jibberish (tongues) that someone's supposed to decode its secret meaning.

I always thought love was a good feeling in your heart, not a pain in your backside.

Oh yeah, especially when I hear "god hates fags" and that 9/11 was god's retribution for a country that accepts homosexuality.
