Well, continue to talk a lot. You size him up in the process. You have to invest time with someone to find out his real intentions. You will get to know your own feelings as well if you get to know each other better.

he probably doesnt like you. Atleast he was straight up with you when he said no. Chances are he just wants to be friends. Just because a guy talks to you alot doesnt mean they want to go out with you. If your gut is telling you he likes you, then go with your gut. But use your brain at the same time, because you may end up getting hurt, again.

If he said "no" allow time for him to come back with a "yes". You don't need to ask a guy twice. The guy has already spoken... not to un-encourage you but... the "No" should have helped you to move on.

ask him to go out with you, to get something to eat, maybe go to the mall and hang out, then to a movie. And if things go aoky then tell him how you feel and ask him about going together.It;s hard to find the right person but if you think that he's your soul make ask him out.

you have not said if your male or female/ as each has a different way with them if your gay and he said no the first time , but you think now he means maybe then ask him again
you have no profile name so it`s not easy to tell. if you are female, it probable came as a surprise to him, and maybe he felt a bit uncomfortable.
