You'll know when it's the right time to kiss. It's sort of a warm, comforting feeling. Rushing into a kiss may ruin the "first kiss" experience.

There's no law in dating that the guy has to make the first move. Don't walk right up to him and kiss him, though, that might confuse him. Wait for the right moment.

Girl if you wanna kiss him don't ask just wait for the perfect timing and go at. E.G: if your talking and laughing after a breif moment maintain eye contact and the go at it. works like a charm.

If he hasn't made the first move, I would wait. Maybe he sincerely likes you and is trying to treat you with respect by taking it slow.

OK here's what i say. lean in real close to him so that your lips just barely touch. he will most likely kiss you but if he doesn't just give him a little one and he will realize what you wanted.
