a diet based on various nuts would be substantially healthier than a diet based on cow milk. nuts provide a much broader spectrum of nutrients, proteins, carbohydrates, fiber and proteins. cow milk does not provide any omega fatty acids or any fiber. human adults can be perfectly healthy with out any milk in the diet.

Probably a diet of milk. Nuts is good to have but only a handful a day. Nuts make you focused for long periods of time, but the calories add up to be a real real lot! With milk, you at least get your calcium, plus you can have foods like ice cream! I would go for the milk. Also, from ages 0-25, you need to drink the most milk in that time to make your bones strong for when you are older.

If you have to choose one go with milk. A diet with a wide variety of foods is the healthiest of all.

I would say nuts. I eat dairy MAYBE once a week. When I cut it down like that my allergies went away and my acne cleared up. Also check out this site: http://www.babyreference.com/MilkingYourBones.htm
