I'm going to go with Delta or SAS. I wouldn't trust the French for anything, and Spetznas are just full out crazy (and Russian, not German :) )

SAS because they have best service record and have proven their ability time after time in mant different situations. All the units are very good though and its worth you looking up Delta's first big trial in Iran called operation desert1 in the late 70's
