the combination of high fat and simple sugars or complex carbs. the body can only utilize one energy source at a time. it can not metabolize high levels of both fatty acids and glucose simultaneously, one of them is getting stored.

carbs are sugars...fatty food is never good...unless it's the good fats...(olive oil...nuts) So I guess fatty food with sugar instead of just sugar (carbs)
