Life is divided into 3 stages: Young, Adult and Old Age
Young - The young are suppose to be free from worries, they have the supreme energetic to do whatever they want. they will say "just do it" and it is done they did not think of the consequences, what is right and what is wrong. And if you poke on their mistakes, they might not accept it coz they have not gone thru the stage.
For young ones I would say : "Just do it" is their morales and principles.
Adult - During the adult life, they have some sense of responsibility, they start to think of earning money, and to start a family. Some would also think of branded items, like cars, house and compare between people and people how rich he is or she is...I would say in their mind is full of family and how to get rich in this stage.
"Work for the money" is their morale and principles
As Old Age, well, they will think of how to enjoy their life(if they are health). They feel that they have dedicate to this family well far enough till they want a rest .Health is also a major issue to them so are money and family.
"Healthy Lifestyle"is their morale and principles then.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As for me, I will take a different approach toward life and to me, life is like a "tour to a foreign country". During the trip they maybe lots of up and down, sad and happiness, sweet and sour along the trip, but in the end of the tour, you need to ask yourself, do you enjoy the trip?
If you have, then you are life is consider fulfill and meaningful...and during the "tour" I will use " Happy Always" to all my encounters and take things as natual...be it Happy in heart or express it out.
If one does things out of force, they will not enjoy the joy and happiness during the tour.
So Remember : Take everything as natural. Everything will come and go naturally, coz nothing is impermanent in life.
Hope I have answer your question.

I live my life trying to learn and experience all I can, life is to short to not have fun.
But I also have a serious side, I have always fought for the "under-dog", I can't sit by and watch people get pushed around. If i take on a challenge, I will see it through to the end, no matter the consequences.
This has brought me great happiness, but also great heartache.
I never choose a fight, they choose me.

The meaning of my life is to live it to the fullest and appreciate all that I have. It sounds kind of fruity, but life is an amazing thing, and I plan on making it the best that I possibly can. I want to help others along the way too!

My answer is about a relationship. You don't want a 'religious' answer, so I will give you a 'spiritual' one. ( Since this section has to do with 'spirituality' also)
My life was laid down for another life. It doesn't belong to me, but belongs to another. I am a slave, and a servant to the other. My life means nothing without him. My life leads to nothing without him. I am as an empty shell of a man, who trusts by every word of the one whom I serve. Anyone can do what they want with themselves, but I will trust in him.

I believe the purpose for me this lifetime is to bring healing to others, that is why I am in the process of studying many alternatives therapies to add to those I already practise.

To find happiness and help others find it.
(however, I find that happiness stems from love of God and service to Him and His, so I don't see a meaning to this life without the ONE who gave it to me in the first place)
