mmm that's a good one, your sit ups will only help 10% you can do them until the cows come home but it won't have a huge impact. Your diet will give you the greatest results, start by increasing your protein slightly if you are not doing so now eat 5 small meals throughout the day this will speed up you metabolism, your last meal should be vegetables and protein fish is a good source. Your water intake should be high also. Instead of the sit ups at night go for a 30 minute brisk walk.
Ok heres a trick for looking good for just one day, lets say your competition is on Saturday.
1. Wednesday: eat no carbohydrates except green vegetables like brocilli, zucini, brousell sprouts. eat protein from fish and chicken only. drinks twice as much water then normal. DO NOT USE SALT
2. Thursday: repeat Wednesday
3. Friday: keep the food the same, stop drink water at noon drink one black coffee at 16:00 and at 21:00 now if possible goto a sauna but do not drink water, this is important you want to win don't you?
4. Saturday: eat some fish with nuts NO SALTED. If possible sweat more by sitting in the sun with winter gear on anything to sweat.

You can only do this for one day the idea is for your body to loose as much water as possible this is a trick used by many boxers to make a weight class you can loose up to 10lbs but as soon as you drink water it will all come back. good luck.

To know how to lose fat on lower stomach is first to know the limits of abdominal exercises. Burning stored fat should be the priority, and the most effective way is actually a combination of a good diet and cardiovascular workouts, like swimming, jogging, brisk walking, and even rowing. These will burn more calories than crunches and sit-ups. These exercise will tone your abdominal muscles and you'll have a sexy stomach

great abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym.

a person can achieve a six pack with a low calorie diet based on whole foods with no abdominal training what so ever. but a six pack can not be obtained with all the ab training in the world and a horrible diet that is too high in calories, high in processed foods and simple sugars.

quite simply, you are what you eat...decreasing the body fat is all about the diet, exercise plays a very little role in the process.

 Stretch
 Run at least 3 miles a day- get comfortable shoes, run smooth with arms lower, WATCH WHERE YOU ARE GOING, no music, run with a partner faster than you (otherwise it’s worthless), run in the day time, dress like a prude
 Stretch

 Be in your own room with a mat under your back
 Do 25 regular crunchers
o Make sure that your head, neck, and back stay on one plane
o Bring your shoulders off the ground
o Keep your eyes on the ceiling
 Do 25 reverse
o Make sure your arms are behind your head
o Bent legs go thorough full range of motion
 Do 25 regular crunchers
 Do 15 regular special crunchers
o Arms are straight
o Elbows behind your ears
o Head, arms, neck, and body on the same plane
o Bring shoulders off the ground
 Do 15 special leglifts
o Arms behind your neck
o Bring your legs up straight
o Only halfway up
o Don’t touch the ground
 Do 10 double specials
o Like a V-up
o Do like special crunchers and special leglifts together
 Do 10 extra specials
o Keep your body in a 170 Degree angle
o Keep body very tight, especially in the abs
o Don’t cheat by using your arms
o Rock back and forth, each period counting as one rep
 Do 25 regular crunchers
 Do 50 obliques left
o Keep your arm, neck and head on the same plane.
o Look up
o Nose to knee not Knee to nose
 Do 50 obliques right
 Do 25 regular crunchers
 Do 25 bicycles
o Make sure legs go fully extended
o Bend neck to body as little as possible
o Almost touch knees with opposite elbows
o Shoulders off the ground the entire time
 Do a hold of 30 seconds
o Fully extend legs
o Pretend you are doing a regular cruncher
o But hold halfway with your shoulders off the ground
o If you’re not shaking you’re not doing it right
 Bring legs up while still holding body up for 20 more seconds
o Like a leglift but hold
o Keep legs at a 45 degree angle
o After 5 seconds put them at a 30 degree angle
o After 10 seconds put them at a 1 degree angle
o Don’t touch the ground with your shoulders or legs
 Do 25 regular crunchers
 50 Bicycles

For each day, increase each exercise by one until it takes more than 15 minutes to do. Don’t cheat.

no way you'll tone up on 2 weeks. Start it now and carry on indefinately and you'll see results. Running, weight training and ab exercises should do it as you can't spot reduce, you have to lose fat throughout your whole body to see it in your abs.
