i just recently noticed that i have little bumps on my arms. they kind of look like zits but i know they arent and they are not goosbumps cause i always have them. they are on my bicep.

do you haveany ideas of what it could be?

It's called Keratosis Pilaris and it's really common- I have it too. It gets better if I exfoliate every day in the shower and use a rich moisturizer.

I would consider you to see a doctor. Because if people answer this they have to see exactly how it looks to give you a right answer but just by telling them how it looks it wont help much. You could also go into google and find a online doctor take a picture of your bumps and send it to him and he will tell you what is it and how he could help you

My daughter had them too she is 14 we took her to the DR. believe it or not it is dry skin we bought some lotion with 2% cortisone it was cleared up in a week

My daughter has the same thing. it is called folliculitis. You have large pores and it is like a blackhead around your hair follicles.

They may be ingrown hairs. When you squeeze then, do hairs seem to sprout out?
