The only problem is around here most people have white windows, the people who built my house put brown windows in so do you think the olive green siding and brown storm windows with a greenish brown roof will go well? Because I've only seen the olive green houses with black trim and white windows ( this is my mother speaking lol)

Olive green and brown (especially dark brown) go wonderfully together. For a nice accent touch you might want to have some cream coloured accents around. Good luck.

Personally, I think it will look bad, but thats just me. I think with olive green you need some white windows. The brown is over powering and looks ghetto.

Olive green and brown will go together just fine. Maybe in the future though, you migh want to get shutters or awnings for the front of your house to add color.Or, just paint your front door. Maybe orange(terracota) or red. If you like it, that is the main thing!
