What are your thoughts on Juan Pablo Montoya? Do you think he is out to wreck anyone who he thinks 'disrespects' him? Do you think he's misunderstoon?

I don't think his race or accent has much to do with why people dislike him.
I think saying things like "So I wrecked him, he needs to get over it." has more to do with the boo's.
Perhaps in a few years he'll settle down.

I guess it's possible NASCAR is afraid of the 'race card' being pulled. Perhaps it's a contributing factor.

JPM is having the same issues in Nascar as he has had in all other series he has raced in. He got the boot from F1 due to his driving, and landed in Nascar. The guy cant drive, thats it flat out. Listen to any of his comments and you can tell his attitude right off. He will wreck you if he thinks your not racing him the way he should be raced, he will wreck you to get track position, and he will wreck you for a perceived slight that happened years ago. The guy won a CART title, and has been mediocre since then, dont expect much more out of him than that.

confident, i spotted that poll. As disappointing because it became into to work out Juan Pablo Montoya supply the race away, that's what he did. there are lots of people who purchase into the sufferer mentality/massive conspiracies. because of the fact of this you spot this so frequently. i've got confidence it could have been lots greater useful exposure for Nascar had JPM gained. after all, he'd be the only driving force ever to win the two the Indy 500 and the Brickyard 4 hundred. He could have been historic for many reasons. yet another win by ability of Jimmie Johnson, on the different hand, generated little excitement in any respect.

I DONT LIKE HIM!!!
i think he doesnt care if he wrecks people.... if he thinks they are in his way he will wreck them!!! he doesnt listen to his crew chief or spotter if they tell him to watch out he tells them the driver was in his way and to leave him alone while he is racing... whats that???
misunderstood!!! NO WAY!!! he knows what he is doing and he is to errogant for this sport in my opinion!!!
JUAN "PROBLEM" MONTOYA needs to check himself before he continues to wreck great drivers every week!!!
im very passionate about subjects on intentional wreckers bcuz there is no room for error in racing and intentionally wrecking another driver is dirty driving and should not be tolerated no matter what!!! alot of really good drivers get caught up in wrecks caused by another driver intentionally bumping others and thats just wrong!! theres racing and then theres dirty racing id rather watch good clean racing!!!
GO HARVICK & RCR!!!

I really don't care for him. He has a lot of racing experience but none in stock cars. He drives like a stock car rookie as expected. I don't think he is out to wreck people but he doesn't understand when to give and take yet. He overdrives his car and it gets him in trouble at times. He runs guys hard when he is several laps down and needs to just let them go. He doesn't seem to respect stock car racing and doesn't seem to want to learn it. He is a jerk.
If he could show some respect and get some more experience in a stock car he would probably be just fine.

He's not out to wreck anyone. I'm not one of his fans, he is a champion in another form of racing. Big things are expected of him and I feel he has been pushing to and past the maximum.
He better be real careful that he doesn't take out anyone of the final twelve drivers. I am sure his team owner has cautioned him.

He has adjusted some and has been doing lots better. He wont be wrecking anyone on purpose. The learning curve has been slow for him and that makes him frustrated.
Lots of rookies have done much better than he has. I agree he has an attitude problem. If his ego lets him, he will learn and become a top 10 driver.

Some people may think he has no place in Nascar.I do think most of the top drivers have wrecked someone on purpose. I loved Dale senior think about his nickname, need I say more. I can assure you the veteran drivers see great promise in Juan. I say Go Juan!!

I think if his attitude would change, people would like him a lot better and he would get some respect from them. When he wrecks someone he doesn't admit the fault and that makes drivers and fans angry! He just needs a AA (attitude adjustment) and he'll be okay!
Go RCR!!!
Go Jeff Burton!!!
