I have had some issues I have been dealing with, some life altering changes, forgiveness toward my husband and asking for his forgiviness as well, a severe mingriane that lasted from Friday all the way until Saturday. What are good ways that I can stay healthy and happy body, mind, soul and spirit so I never fall into that deep hole of despair EVER again?

How do you promote health and wellness in your life? I am a christian and I love the Lord however I moved 3000 miles from all I loved and was familiar. I did not expect to face some of the problems I am encountering. How do I deal with this and still be joyful?

For a believer, joy is something deep-seated and unfailing. Not that You will never be unhappy, because joy is not the same thing as happiness. Even Jesus cried.

An herb called feverfew will knock out a migraine. Honest. You can also try the combination of aspirin-Tylenol-caffeine.

The situation You describe is very stressful, and even when changes happen for good reasons, too much stress produces depression. I say, ride it out, one problem at a time, one step at a time. Counseling can help. As for never falling into that deep hole again, You may not be fortunate enough to avoid it.

Blessings!

Please don't accept this as a flippant or short answer. But, I think I would visit my Dr. and explain this to him now. There is plenty of help available for this and remember anytime depression lasts for more that three days you definitely need to see him. I would go now however, just to bring things back to normal. Good luck to you.

Balance
Moderaton in all things
Not thinking about your problems too much
and not avoiding them alltogether.

You need balance my dear.
Time to work
time to play
time to pray and worship
Time to vent your troubles to God
Time to let them go and trust him for the outcome

Moderation and Balance in all things is the key to health.
Even in your diet and eating :)
