Jesus likened the Kingdom of God to a wheat field that He planted. The enemy (Satan) came in at night and sowed tares among the wheat. When the workers (Angels) saw the tares among the wheat they realized that Satan had done it. They wanted to pull the tares out immediately, but the Lord said to wait until His Coming. So in God's wheat field are tares posing as wheat. What you saw is what is called " being slain in the Spirit". The Bible lists the gifts of the Spirit and there is no such thing as "slain in the Spirit" mentioned at all. All experiences may be faked or not. But of the experiences that are not faked, they can be true or false. Such experiences need to be judged in the light of God's word and the Holy Spirit.

What they are doing is not approved by God. There are no God directed healings going on at this point. Jesus never healed everyone. He showed what he could do to let the observers know that all sickness and death would be gone forever when the earth is restored to a paradise and no one will ever again say that they are sick. These people that do this are truly imposters.

Why did she fall backwards anyway. I have never read anything like that in the Bible. Have the Pentacostals added to the Bible as we are warned by God not to do?

At some churches if they pretend to operate in the gifts yes it could be a show but for the ones that operate in the gifts no Gods anointing is powerful and will knock you off your feet, this call for discernment,I have experienced it myself.

Assuming this actually happened it sounds fake. There are plenty of pentecostal churches that don't fake things like this, feel free to look for a legitimate one.
