No, you can't. Adultery is not a criminal matter. It's a bit stupid, but not illegal.

haha don't worry man. If your legal then you have nothing to worry about. If your not then your still ok unless the women rats you out. Adultery isn't a crime in America. Well it is to some but you cant go to jail for committing adultery. But many men have gone to the hospital when the hisband came home early.

But anyway just stay off married women. Why the hell would you. I mean it's kind of sick in it's own way.

So many single or unattached women in the world to be sleeping with a married woman. I would not be worried about being deported, that would be easy, having to deal with an enraged husband ,that could be deadly!!

No you can not be deported. Adultery is a sin but its not a crime. You might go to hell for adultery but you cant get deported for that reason alone.

They don't deport you for consensual sex with another adult.

Not for adultery. Thank heaven the government isn't that far into our bedrooms yet, that we can be punished for sleeping around. Soon we'll have to get permits to have sex and law breakers will be heavily fined and put in jail.

I doubt it, as long as you are legally here. Unfortunately, consciences are a requisite for the visa. As long as you don't commit a crime, you can be as morally reprehensible as you'd like.
