Satan did (I Chronicles 2 1:1)

2.How many stalls for horses did Solomon have?
Forty thousand (I Kings 4:26)
Four thousand (2 chronicles 9:25)

3.How many were the children of Zattu?
Nine hundred and forty-five (Ezra 2:8)
Eight hundred and forty-five (Nehemiah 7:13)

4.Jesus descended from which son of David?
Solomon (Matthew 1:6)
Nathan(Luke3:31)

5.Was John the Baptist Elijah who was to come?
Yes (Matthew II: 14, 17:10-13)
No (John 1:19-21)

6.According to the Gospel of John, what did Jesus say about bearing his own witness?
If I bear witness to myself, my testimony is not true (John 5:3 1)
Even if I do bear witness to myself, my testimony is true (John 8:14)

7.Did Jesus die before the curtain of the temple was torn?
Yes (Matthew 27:50-51; Mark lS:37-38)
No. After the curtain was torn (Luke 23:45-46)

So, whats going on?

For number 1
According to Job chapter one, Satan can do nothing without God's OK. The answer is "both". David was making himself vulnerable due to his escalating pride over his exploits and the city of Jerusalem. He was seeing himself as the architect of God's city and land, and not God Himself. Because of the hedge of protection around David placed there by God, Satan would require this lowered to gain access to his spiritual hearing. God agreed, lowered the protection, and Satan was able to tempt him accordingly.

For number 2
Hebrew numbers are written (like roman numerals) with letters. The difference here is the Hebrew arbaweem vs. arbawaw. Would you like to conclude that the Bible is false based on this? Would you bet your immortal soul on the presumption that the Bible is wrong? It will not hold up in court. Go to the cults for answers. They all say the Bible is in error, and they will be glad to show you their addendum to the text.

There were two lines that led to Jesus. One through Mary (Solomon) the other via adoption through Joseph (Nathan).

Jesus said, "If you can handle it, this is Elijah" Obviously, you can't handle it. John was a "type" or model of Elijah who will come as seen in Revelation.

For number 6
A testimony is a writ of witness. You cannot be your own witness. But even if Jesus COULD be His own witness, His witness would be truth incarnate. So the Father Himself was the witness.

For number 7
Luke is not being chronological. He uses "And" at the beginning of the sentence, not "Then". If you understand grammar, "and" is an additive conjunction. In other words, Luke is adding that this happened in addition to what was previously spoken of.

Notice one thing about the Bible in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John you had four men telling you about Jesus and four men told four different stories but basically the same. This is true today. Have you ever been a juror in a courtroom? Four witnesses will give four different stories. For this reason you can believe the Bible because men do not always see the same even though they are looking at the same thing. Men even forget numbers when trying to remember numbers.

No Jesus isn't a million/2 guy a million/2 God (like say Hercules), he become concurrently completely guy and fully God. throughout the time of historic previous, some have puzzled whether or no longer Jesus taught that. Jesus could call on God as a witness because anyone who knew God could ask if what Jesus said was true and read the scriptures and see it was true. They could even look at everything in life that God made, to test out what he said. Basically, it works. It's true that it's smart to read the whole Bible or just Jesus' words, but not part of both. Science is finding out that the subconscious can, in fact, hold and compare all scriptures for any inaccuracies. That is what it does. The left hemisphere asks questions. That is what it does. You access the right brain mostly by intuition. Witness that the prophets often had dreams and visions as their source. If you want to be able to evaluate the Bible in the depth you do, study emotional intelligence and intuition or you will be doing it the hard way. You can always test the answers to see if they are from God and against scriptures and life also. They work, when understood and followed, as sure as the laws of physics. You don't have to take my word for it, you can see for yourself.

No. 1 concerning the numbering of Israel. There is not contradiction. Just as God allowed Satan to harm Job, yet there is no question that God was behind it as well, or it would not have happened. God was angry with Israel and allowed Satan to provoke David. Either way God ordained it.

No. 2 again no contradiction. The first verse refers to the total number of stalls Solomon had, the second verse to the number of stalls he bestowed in the chariot cities and with the king in Jerusalem. There were other stalls in other cities, such as cities of store, cities for his horsemen, etc.( I Kings 9:19)

No. 3 six of the sons of Zattu were eliminated for taking strange wives so are probably not included in the count (Ezra 10:27), they remainder are not accounted for but are probably the sons of those wives which would be included in Zattu's line.

No. four is no contradiction. Anyone in a line can be called the son of another person in that line. But the names in Matthew and the names in Luke are from different languages. For instance Hosea is also called Osee, but is still Hosea. Isaiah is called Esaias.

No. five is no contradiction. John the baptist did not know his mission. John did not have direct communication with the father. Jesus, however, knew who John was, while John did not.

No. six again no contradiction. The Jews believed that to bear witness of oneself was a sign of not being sent from God. So at first Jesus acknowledges that and says that the father bears witness of him. The second verse he simply states though he were to bear witness of himself, his witness would still be true, because he is sent from the father.

No. seven is not a contradiction. The giving up of the ghost and the veil being rent happened simultaneously. While Luke really says the veil was rent in the midst, meaning in the midst of the cruxificion. They happened at the same time, because Jesus cruxificion is what made a way for the believer to no longer need a priest to go before God for them. So it was instanteous.

2. Both passages say the same thing; 4,000 stalls. Did I miss something?

3. Two different counts at different times perhaps and could be different types of counts. Some counts were done of able bodied men only not counting women and children, some of only men including sick and elderly but not women and some counts of everyone. It is hard for me to tell who used what kind of census in these examples.

6. For John 5:31 it means 'not admissible in court' as in not legally valid, like having evidence thrown out of court. That did not mean the testimony was not indeed true, just not admissible which was the point Jesus was making in John 8:14 Just because his testimony was not admissible since he was only one witness speaking for himself did not make what he said untrue.

7. In the sixth hour was not measure as in modern times. there were no clocks and wrist watches like we have today. Seeing that these events took place about the same time as observed by different people in different places seeing the the Temple curtain was not visible from Calvary and vice versa. It's not like they could call on their cells phones and say, "Guess what just happened!"

God is perfect and will always be perfect. However, humans would never be perfect. There is no such thing as infallible people, whoever they might be.

I think you might have contradicted your self by saying you are not taunting Christians. Why? May I know your purpose of asking this question?

Please obtain a copy of Bible and read it thoroughly, just like you study your Qur'an. Only by comprehensive study, will you find the true meaning of a holy text. Partial study will only lead you to confusion. I believe you already understood this.

My, what a hornets nest your stirred up by citing scriptures out of context as Christians have done in their replies to you citing the Holy Qur'an. (I wonder if their replies might be the pot calling the kettle black?)

The answer is that the scriptures as Allah, Subhanna wa Ta'ala revealed them to the Jews have been corrupted by those who were entrusted to preserve the same as is historically evident and accepted by a great number of biblical scholars.
Rather than accept the established facts, many will simply turn a blind eye to them, deny them and accuse you of sewing seeds of disharmony among them.

It is well to note that the scriptures which now comprise the New Testament were all written long after the Prophet Essa (peace be upon him) had died and were not written by eyewitnesses or those who actually knew him.
These same scriptures are the ones that were chosen so as to support the Roman government of the time that had just declared Christianity its new State religion. Those established scriptures that did not fit into this new political church model were declared invalid.

The reason there is so much contradiction and confusion throughout the Torah and the New Testament is that they have become political documents and not religious revelations due to the corruption of the compilers of the same.

I knew you would get answers that are against Islam...If you take something out of context and don't read the whole thing you don't realize what the words of the Bible or the Quran are saying. You cannot take just a passage and then say "Oh that's wrong." You have to read everything to understand where it is coming from.

Yes, all Bibles and so-called "Sacred Scriptures" of the major world religions do have a mixture of Pure Eternal Spiritual Truths, and many partially comprehended truths, and some false beliefs of the human authors who were all partly inspired by God.

As a Jesusonian Christian Evangelist and Theologian for over thirty years to date, I do not care much about historical or scientific facts being some or fully wrong in the Bibles. I love Eternal Truth and our ever perfecting Relationship with our One True loving and merciful Creator Father God.

Here are some Bible verses that I share, not so much that I think or know in mind that are true, these Truths are ever Burning (Spirit Luminosity) in the center of my soul ...and more so ... Peruse John 12:32 and John 16:7-16 and Rev 21:3-7

In the Old Testament, I choose to only teach from the best 1% to maybe 2% of it; and I teach from only the best 15% or so of the (less old) New Testament. Years ago, I also did read all of the LDS "Book of Mormon"; and I found only two or three typed pages of Significant Eternal Truths to be shared with all. That is a little less than 1/2 of one percent of it. The history of old races and Jesus appearing to them is of little concern to me; as the Living Jesus Christ Who IS my Eternal Maker Father, Savior, Elder Brother and perfect True Friend, fully here in Spirit and in His Universe, IS gloriously flooding down upon all humans here and elevating them in Spirit and in Truth into God the Infinite Father I AM ...

If you will email me, in modern English, up to 30 pages or less of the best Eternal Truths you see in your Qu'ran (spelling?) Scriptures; I will peruse this carefully; and I will let you know what I find worthy in Spirit and in Truth to share with all Humans.
