because i think he's too shy to make the 1st move. also, we went through a lot of drama last yr & it resulted in us both getting hurt. i think he still likes me, but is afraid of getting hurt again.
if i ask him out, where should we go as a 1st date?

yall should go to the movies. if you have the alamo draft house, you should go there. or like bowling or rolller bladeing. something you and him like to do.

Yes, if the guy wanted to go out with you but was too shy to ask you out I think he would appreciate you asking him. For your first date you can do anything BUT a movie as sitting next to each other for two hours just watching a movie is not going to really help you get to know each other any more. If you are a "young'un" (e.g., still in your teens) I think an enjoyable first date is mini golf/arcade/go-kart center or if your budget allows it, an actual amusement park. You would be able to talk a lot more with each other and they provide plenty of opportunities for physical contact if either if you cared to. Plus, they're fun so you both will have a good time.

Take a tip from an old man. Guys like girls, but there is always the fear of being turned down if he asks a girl out. If you think he is interested, then by all means ask. For a first date, try a skating rink. There you have couples time together, and free skate time to spend with other friends, so that he doesnt feel smothered by being only with you for the entire time. Otherwise fall back on the movies. I hope youre successful. LOL

Yes, he probably would. How about going for a picnic in the park. Cause there is the issue of "who pays" when a gal asks a guy out.
A picnic kind of date would get past that problem.
I probably would not invite a guy to my house for a first date.

since hes shy u should like invite him over 2 ur house to watch a movie and hav dinner or invite him 2 a parkkk... when i first asked a girl out i invited her 2 a park cause almost everyone like the park& theres peace and quiet and only 2 of u can like talk ....................... its kinda weird when a girl ask a boy out ...... it should be the other way
