I read a book by Harold Klemp ( the Spiritual Leader of Eckankar), that dreams are real experiences, not just figments of our imaginations, or something we've eaten. Have you tried this and did it work for you?

Members of the Eckankar faith certainly believe it's true. By coincidence, I also happen to believe it's true. So do many others who are neither of the Eckankar faith, nor of mine.

As you see from the other answers, many don't believe it happens. Fortunately, popular opinion doesn't influence the issue.

The dream world is actually more real that the physical one we live in. Yes, your soul (AKA subconscious) can travel during them but it can also travel when awake (out of body experiences).
