Most likely she is allergic to alcohol. She must get rehydrated before she will feel any better and water isn't gonna do it. Get her Gatorade or some sort of sports drinks, or even pedialite, that is made for infants but it is full of electrolytes.
I'd bet that she has learned her lesson already but if not she runs the risk of causing herself some serious problems if the drinking continues. Unless this time she just drank a way more than "enough", which causes the same type effects, she has no business drinking cause alcohol overdose is not pretty and alot of times by the time they get attention it is too late.

Hi. I too am sensitive to alcohol. Technically, alcohol is a poision, and it sounds like your body is more sensitive to it than the average person. The article from the mayo clinic linked below indicates that alcohol intolerance is a recognized problem for some people. It simply means that you are "more sensitive to the normal effects of alcohol," which sounds like it could describe your case. It says that the only solution is not to drink. The same article indicates that there may be genetic disorders that you can have that make drinking alcohol undesirable: "Many people of Asian descent experience an unusual flushing reaction after drinking alcohol — even in very small amounts. This is caused by a genetic disorder in which the body is unable to break down alcohol completely. Some research suggests that people who experience alcohol flush reaction may be at increased risk of alcohol-related conditions, such as cancer of the esophagus and liver disease." If you want, ask your doctor when you turn 21 and see what he/she says.

If she is puking clear, she has alcohol poisoning but beings she can't walk or anything of that sort and is dizzy something may have been put in her drink. Get her medical attention. This is NOT GOOD.

Is she still sick? If so, she needs to go to the ER. Alcohol poisoning can kill her. Someone may have slipped her a drug.

And here's a novel idea: DON'T DRINK. If that's not an option for her, I suggest detox and a 12-step program.

Quite possible, but it could be something more urgent, she needs attention as she is clearly dehydrated. Take her to the ER or call an ambulance.

Its called a hang over!!! Thats what happens when you over indulge in alcohol. Tell her to call her doctor.
