I want to pray about this will get back with you.
I have to agree with my Brother Newman, we cannot be "reborn" after we have been born again. Thirteen is not to young to have an understanding of Gods plan of salvation, but it can be for some. There are those who have an experience with God and fail to go deep enough to achieve what God really wants in their lives.I don't want to confuse you but go over your experience and if you find that you did have peace along with the fruit of the Spirit at thirteen then settle that part and do as Brother Newman has instructed.
I was born again at 25 and left the Lord at 35, when I came back to the Lord at 46 I had trampled underfoot the Blood of Jesus. He was calling me just as He is you.I wanted to come but where was the whistles and bells as before? I believe He wanted to see if I really was going to serve Him this time or just wanted a touch from Him. I finally came in prayer and told the Lord that I was going to serve Him even if He didn't want me anymore.I was determined do do what I knew to do which wasn't much, but at least I could do that. That was the greatest decision of my life.Today I am an evangelist and a jail minister, and He loves me, this I know without a doubt. I still have much to learn and need my Brothers and Sisters help. I need your help to. Won't you please give all of this to Him and be apart of the family of God?

You are on the right track and are listening to the Holy Spirit speak to you. Being born again and giving your life totally to God is a choice...it is not a feeling. Satan would like to keep a cloud over you to make you feel a fool and that you are alone....that is where choice and faith come in. Just confess, repent, and turn back to God. (1 John 1:9) and your sins will be forgiven. Get into God's Word every day and just talk to God. He is waiting to hear from you. Ask Him to direct your path and give you wisdom. He has promised to do this. (Prov.3:6 and James 1:5) Pray these promises back to God and thank Him for what He will do for you. I will pray for you that you will have a close relationship with God and find happiness and peace.

Wow, except for the dates, that is like reflecting on my own rebirth. Every Sunday I would have an excuse for not going to church. Finally one Sunday my brother stopped by and said, "NO MORE EXCUSES!"
We went and it was the best decision ever. You have to stop trying to control your life and give it all to God. Just tell Him you are done messing it up and give EVERYTHING to God. You do not have to be ready for that or prepare for it - ANY time is the best time.
You are not a fool for praying out loud. Never be ashamed of that. You are a stronger person for voicing it than those who hide it and pray in the shadows.
God answers all prayers in HIS time, not necessarily human time or even the answers we expect. It could be sometime completely different than what we want, but do we REALLY know what is best for us? If we did, why would we need Him?
Get a friend or family member and pray about it. Jesus said that when two or more people come together in His name, their prayers will be answered.
You are on the right track. Just stop delaying it and start your journey.

Search your heart and ask yourself this question. "If I died right now would I be in Heaven", if the answer is anything but yes, then you were never Born Again to begin with. Just like you can only be born one time, you can only be Born Again one time. You say you have back sliden, only a Chirstian can Backslide, A lost person has never "slid up" to slide back. Read the story of the "Prodigal Son" Luke 15:11-32. I would suggest though if you are not 100% sure Read Romans 10:9-13.

Little Sister you cannot be "reborn again" if you have already been born again. You may have strayed from obeying The Lord, and since this is the case, you need only to repent of your rebellion and come back to Him while He is calling.
You see He never left you for He said in His word to Joshua and also an example to us, Joshua 1:5 ........Just as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you or forsake you.
The Holy Spirit is calling because of Gods great love for you. Come to Him today. You are still His child in need of repentance. Blessings

Dear Sister-in Christ Jesus,
I know how you feel--you really want the peace of God and you want answers and direction in your life. You desire spiritual things and an important place in God's family. I totally hear you. To some degree every single christian wants all of these things.
First of all--please understand that God loves you very much and that you are already an important part of his family because you have already accepted Jesus as your Savior.
Since you fell into sin and did things you already knew were wrong and maybe some things you didn't know were okay or not--now is the time to repent--very simply ask God to forgive you very specifically for all the things that you have thought, said or done that you know or don't know was a sin--believe in 1 John 1:9 which says --
"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
You will begin to feel God's love and forgiveness. Also, don't forget to forgive yourself.
Ask God to direct your paths and ask for clear direction from the scriptures for your decisions in life.
God is a loving father and wants the very best for you. He wants the two of you to have a closer relationship. You have to be willing to be willing to ask God for his help to make you the person you want to become according to His will.
Love and Hugs in Christ Jesus,
Steinbeck

First I would suggest Bible study & would encourage you to keep praying. Be aware that there are things that do hinder our prayers such as unconfessed sin.
As you read the Word of God, pray for understanding and wisdom. It would be good to look for someone who will mentor, & help you.
You might want to ask yourself why it is you want to be born again. Are you just looking to avoid hell, or are you wanting to love and serve the Lord.
Feel free to email me if you would like help with Bible study.
Sincerely - Redeemed
"But from there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find Him if you search for Him with all your heart and with all your soul." Deuteronomy 4:29

Prayer and fasting is what must take place in order for you to get to that place. Think about what is really holding you back. i can remember one night I was in my room and afraid to pray but i took a step back and recognized that it was only the enemy trying to separate me from my father. Get our your knees and pray, the Lord never sleeps nor slumbers he knows who you are and he is waiting on you with open arms. Don't let the enemy trick you. Pray and fast, ask God to show you who he is, God answers all prayers you can even ask God to send you an angel. whatever it takes in order for you to see and know who he is. God helps those whom helps themselves. You not on your own, he's right ther waiting on you. Cry out to our father and seek his face. He wants to use you greatly.

I think what might be holding you back is the sins you have committed and feel as if your not worthy to approach God because of them.
Satan would love for you to keep on believing that you'll never be good enough in the eyes of God because of your sins.
Because it isn't true and he is after all the father of lies.
What you need to do is confess your sins to God and ask Him to forgive you and tell him your sorry.
He will welcome you back with open arms.
You are His beloved child and He wants more than anything for you to return to Him where you'll be safe and protected from all the evil that surrounds you.
He wants more than anything to love you and you to love Him.
So let go of your sins which only cause you pain anyway and go back home where you belong.

My counsel for you is simple and straightforward: Just go ahead with what you've been given. You received Christ Jesus, the Master; now live him. You're deeply rooted in him. You're well constructed upon him. You know your way around the faith. Now do what you've been taught. School's out; quit studying the subject and start living it! And let your living spill over into thanksgiving.
