I am 5' 5". My problem is that my torso is very long but my legs are as long as those of a 3 yr. old. In other words, my legs are freakishly short. Can you suggest some exercises to make them look long? Also mention (if you know) when I can expect to see results.

There is no excersize to stretch your legs out. It's a natural process. But, if you wear certain clothes it will make you appear taller.

A research shows that when a person work alot on his legs (Squat, burpees, running) his GH (grow hormone) will get higher after those activities.

so if you are still in puberty try it.

everybody has a growth potential that you cant change , if inside your DNA it says the tallest you can be its 5"5 there is nothing you can do, but if your DNA says the tallest you can be is 5"7 and now you are 5"5 thats mean you got the potential to be 5"7! so what you should do it eat healthy and work out .

Working out increase growing hormones, but exercises that works hard on your legs muscles increase the growing hormone even more.

You can't just get your legs longer, you can get taller and then your legs will get longer as well.

A doctor can take a picture of the bonse in your hand and by that he can tell you for sure how tall you will be!

and again , if you get taller your legs will get longer and if you will not get taller no way in the world your legs will get longer.

unfortunately, you can't exercise your way to longer legs. try dressing so they seem longer. the kind of shoes you wear can make them look longer, too.

You can't. It's genetics. Learn to be happy with who you are.
