Pretty simple:
Christians are smart AND Christians do not control people.
As you pointed out these two are in opposition to each other, one cannot be true and the other true also. In the least, one must be true and one must be false.
In this case both are false.
Some Christians are blessed with relatively good incomes, some are not so this stereotype is also inaccurate.
I appreciate your addressing these stereotypes. The less we stereotype people and the more accepting we are of different people, their cultures and ideologies the better our world will be.
Bigots will always believe that stamping out those they hate is the only way the world can be made better. Bigots believe in their own superiority. Bigots categorize others using terms like "ignorant masses".
The rest of us believe that accepting people for who they are is the only way the world can be made better. No one is better than anyone else. Neither money nor education nor right of birth makes anyone better than anyone else or gives you the right to censor, humiliate or oppress another.

There is a negative correlation between religious belief and intelligence, but that doesn't mean that all Christians are unintelligent, it's just an average.
And obviously not all Christians control people. Generally it's just a small group controlling a much larger group. Only a few members of that small group actually require any significant level of intelligence, and the large group can be controlled largely regardless of its level of intelligence.

Christians are people like everyone else. In every group of people you have your extremes. the wealthy to the poor. the stupid to the knowledgeable. the fools to the wise.

These people certainly are not Christian in my opinion ---can we say charlatans ! Thieves and manipulators.
Shame , shame .
A church building needs maintenance etc. so if a person wants to continue using that building as a place to worship they will have to help financially- so some monetary support is necessary.

Somebody is lying.
Either the Christians are stupid, or they aren't and have all the control and money.
You can figure out the rest on your own.

Well the people in charge of churches that take the money are usually scammers. They bring their wives or families into it and make everyone believe they are real and trust worthy. But the majority are stupid so they actually get the most votes when electing a president meaning they control America, but luckily atheism is on the rise in America.
"THERE IS ONE BORN EVERY MINUTE" I believe you are refering to a christian, well I have some bad news for you, there is one born or converted to atheism every 30 seconds! :)

I heared that you ain't too smart, neither.
You listen to, too many smart a$$es that 'claim' to know what they're talking about because 'they' think they know what's 'going on'.
If they really knew what was 'going on' they would be too busy to stand around and be 'shooting from the hip (duh... lip)'.
Most of the people that say they know what's going on are staring at a 'blank' wall they call 'their life'.

the leaders of the christians are smart. they know that some people will believe anything they are told and have used that knowledge to gain converts from cradle to grave...brainwashing is an EXTREMELY powerful method of persuasion you see...

The main reason there are so many people who are Christians is simply because they were taught that way from birth. They were taught not to question their beliefs, but to simply blindly follow them. You don't have to be smart to push fear into people as a motivator to follow your religoin. Its quite easy, especially if you're dealing with children.
