I usually do a 4 day spread. Mon - Shoulders, Tue - Chest/Back, Thurs - Arms, Fri - Legs. But for Tuesday and Thursday i find that i dont have enough energy do to all the excersizes. So it is ok for me to do
Sunday - Chest
Monday - Back
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Gym is closed
Thursday - Triceps
Friday - Biceps
Saturday - Forearms
Along with 30 min cardio on treadmill

I do cardio eveyday for 30 minutes. And I am 5'9'' and 140 pounds.

sounds good for as much as you've told us. try to do cardio every day. if you can't doo all the exercises you want, maybe you're trying to do too much. work up to that number. or maybe you have too much weight. again, you have to work up to it.

you shouldn't work out for more than 2 consecutive days. it's too much for your body to handle. if your lacking energy, it's most likely a problem with your diet, and can be resolved by either upping the total calorie intake, or increasing carb intake prior to a workout.

otherwise you might like to change to a 3 day split. try putting shoulders/chest on mon, arms/back on wed, and legs friday. there's heaps of combinations, just remember which secondary muscles are used to prevent overtraining. ie while doing chest your tri's are used, and while doing back your bi's are used... etc
