If you CAN eat special K 2 times a day for 2 weeks, then go for it.
I tried the special K diet but I was scared that I wouldnt be getting enough nutrients, so i started cutting up bananna and strawberries and adding it (sometimes just bananna, sometimes just strawberries, sometimes both - just to mix things up a little)
I got really bored with it after a while and it was hard to eat special k two times a day becuase I have a VERY busy life - so i'm usually eating on the run.

actually, it depends on the person. if u were eating ALOT of calories and fat every day then the special k diet will help(alittle) cuz u are cutting ALOT of calories and fat. actually, special k cereal is not healthy. it has alot of processed crap, sugar, and carbs. also it may be low calories, but that is per 3/4 a cup and of course u eat more then that(and u get even more calories and sugar and simple carbs) cheerios only have 100 calories 4 A cup and 1 gram of sugar(compared to about 12 grams for 3/4 a cup o special k) also, sugar is high on the ingredients list with alot of other unhealthy crap. just read the labels!

The best way to get LASTING weight loss results is to use a nutritional cleanser. Our bodies retain fat and fluid in response to nutritional deficeincies and toxins in our environment. By using a nutritional cleanser, you help your body rid itself of toxins and supply it with the nutrients it needs to function properly.
The fad diets dont address the presence of toxins so they ALL fail in the long run. Where as making the lifestyle change to include cleansing gives lasting results! Let me know if you need info on a product.
