if the student has leave to remain for more than 6 months then he can apply to Home Office for permission to marry. This is usually only granted to persons with over 6 months leave. Once obtained he can marry in UK and immediately after marriage he must apply on form FLR(M) for leave to remain as a person married to a person present and settled in UK. It is a fairly complex application and requires substantial documentation to support it. If this application is successful then he will be granted 24 months leave to remain after which he must apply again for indefinite leave to remain in UK. This type of question amazes me.You are looking for the easy route their isnt one.Contact the British Embassy in India they will tell you all their is to know.But wait dont do that just forget it and have a cold shower.
